The Best of Paris

Paris, the city of light, is unlike any other city in the world. Famous for its breathtaking views, grand boulevards, dramatic architecture, incredible gardens, and world-class restaurants, Paris is truly a feast for all the senses. Everywhere are colorful open-air markets displaying farm-fresh produce, boulangeries baking crusty baguettes and flaky croissants, great fromageries ripening aromatic cheeses, local merchants selling extraordinary wines, and world-class chefs creating innovative menus in elegant restaurants and classic bistros.

You are invited to experience the “Best of Paris” and delight in being wined, dined, and introduced to the secrets of classic and contemporary French cuisine. We’ll go behind the scenes to sample aged cheeses in a private cellar, attend cooking demonstrations with talented chefs, marvel at the elaborate creations of a master boulangerie/patisserie, and taste regional French wines in a renowned cave. We will visit the very best open-air markets and gourmet food shops. We will also dine in two of Paris’ most celebrated and very best bistros, Aux Lyonnais and L’Ami Louis, as well as at the Brasserie La Relais at the Plaza Athenee and La Tour d’Argent. We will enjoy aperitifs and conversation during dinner with a French family in their antique filled home where our host himself has prepared our delicious meal. Our base for this Paris adventure will be either at the exquisite Hotel Plaza Athenee or the beautiful Hotel d’Aubusson in the heart of the Left Bank.

If exploring this magical city with passionate chefs and master artisans sounds enticing to you, join us for a 7-day journey into the culinary world of Paris.
